产品描述

HF-FR-340是最新开发的复配型无卤环保阻燃剂，该产品特别适用于各种玻璃纤维增强PA66的无卤阻燃，它不同以往的含卤阻燃剂，在燃烧过程中通过产生致密的膨胀碳层达到隔热隔绝空气阻燃目的，而不会产生刺激性卤化氢气体以及黑烟，是一种低烟、低毒、环保型的阻燃剂。HF-FR-340与PA66塑料有良好的相溶性，用量少而阻燃效果好，对塑料的机械性能影响小，同时在加工过程中有优异的热稳定性、抗迁移性和抗吸潮性。HF-FR-340不含Pb、Hg、Cr6+、Cd重金属，不含十溴二苯醚、多溴联苯醚等卤素阻燃成份，通过SGS测试，符合欧盟RoHS、REACH、WEEE指引及IEC 61249-2-21.无卤标准。

配方与操作

牛皮纸袋PE内衬纸袋，净重25 kg/包。

HF-FR-340阻燃剂本身无吸湿性，但由于其高表面性在敞开存放时会吸附少量的水分。同样添加了HF-FR-340系列阻燃剂的塑料粒子也会有这样的现象出现。因此我们建议该产品以及由其制得的阻燃塑料粒最好存放在干燥密封的地方。
按非危险品运输。
不能与强氧化剂或热碱液混装或堆放，使用过程注意粉尘污染及劳动保护

产品应用

HF-FR-340适用于 PA66的玻纤增强无卤阻燃产品，建议添加量为22-25%。

加工注意事项：

原料要预先干燥（< 0.05%湿度），如有必要或要求更低水分，HF-FR-340可在120℃下干燥4小时。
加工温度建议在255℃左右。

在保证均匀混合的前提下，选择尽可能温和的加工条件。加工时保持一定的真空度、保持一定的机头压力、降低螺杆剪切，缩短停留时间。

Processing Note:

Raw materials to pre-dry (<0.05% moisture) and, if necessary or required less water, HF-FR-340 can be dried at 120 ℃ for 4 hours.
